TORONTO, APRIL 6, 2022 – BrokerLink’s momentum in the acquisition space continues with the acquisition of Alberta-based Tailor Made Insurance Services Ltd. (“Tailor Made Insurance”) and Maple Insurance Inc. (“Maple Insurance”) effective April 1, 2022. These acquisitions enable BrokerLink to serve more customers in Southern and Northern Alberta.
Building on success
Tailor Made Insurance has offered exceptional service to customers in Northern Alberta since 1993. As an independent insurance broker, Tailor Made Insurance offers personal and business insurance, as well as specializing in farm insurance products.
In 2019, BrokerLink acquired JDR Insurance - Athabasca, a division of Tailor Made Insurance, which was a successful endeavour for both parties.

Through its prior acquisition of JDR Insurance - Athabasca, BrokerLink was able to grow in Northern Alberta and serve a new community, fostering lasting relationships with the local customers and employees, which is extremely important to the company.
Creating new relationships
Since 2010, Maple Insurance has been serving the communities of Calgary and Edmonton with a selection of products and services for personal and commercial insurance customers.
