On January 1, 2020, Canada Brokerlink Inc., Canada Brokerlink (Ontario) Inc. and Macdonald Chisholm Incorporated will be amalgamating. This means our legal entity will be Brokerlink Inc., operating as BrokerLink across Alberta and Ontario and as MCT, a division of BrokerLink, in Atlantic Canada.
As BrokerLink continues to grow, we must continue to evolve and adapt. This move will help us become a stronger team and allow us to accomplish our goals.
Customers will see Brokerlink Inc. on their documents starting January 2, 2020, our first day of business in the new year.
Customers may continue to see references to Canada Brokerlink Inc., Canada Brokerlink (Ontario) Inc. and Macdonald Chisholm Incorporated for some time as it takes time to update all websites, contracts, notices and statements. Starting Jan. 1, 2020, until those updates are completed, all references to Canada Brokerlink Inc., Canada Brokerlink (Ontario) Inc. and Macdonald Chisholm Incorporated – whether online or in print – will mean Brokerlink Inc.
Changing from three legal entities to one is a chance for us to simplify our structure. It will streamline future growth and operations. Most importantly, it means we will be able to focus even more on our number one priority: our customers.
