TORONTO, July 17, 2023 – BrokerLink closed its largest acquisition of 2023 with Access Insurance Group (Access Insurance), effective July 1. This is a significant agreement, providing an opportunity for the company to expand its Alberta footprint to deliver high-quality services in Edmonton, Lacombe, Red Deer, Stony Plain, Lloydminster and the surrounding communities.
Growth and investment in local communities
For over 40 years, Access Insurance has provided personal and commercial insurance solutions to Western Canadians and has been a leader incorporating technology and innovation into its operations. Brokerage employees are passionate about the broker distribution channel down to grassroots, with active board members on the Insurance Brokers Association of Alberta and the Professional Young Insurance Brokers. Access Insurance professionals live and work in the communities they serve and support notable causes, including STARS Air Ambulance, Ronald McDonald House Charities, Bissell Centre and Canadian Blood Services.
